How Does It Work?
TouchWare Gaming runs in the background while you play your favorite game. Creating a truly immersive experience, TouchWare Gaming dynamically creates force feedback sensations when sounds are played or when you press a button. It also has pre-defined force-feedback sensations to certain sounds generated by your PC computer, so the sound effect appropriately matches the touch sensation on any Immersion compatible force feedback gaming device-whether it's a gamepad, joystick, wheel, or mouse. If you are interested in a sharper blast sensation with your favorite shotgun, you can simply modify the pre-define feedback effects to your device button presses. Current Immersion compatible force feedback products include all those from Microsoft, Logitech and Saitek along with some from ThrustMaster, Gravis and others.
Software and Hardware Requirements
To experience sensations, a user must be running Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP and use a force feedback device for gaming. For a full list of supported devices, visit the TouchWare Gaming website and view the latest Help documentation.
